Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, you can exchange or return an order if the product is faulty or defective.
We will only exchange or return an item if it is proven to be faulty or defective. This means that the product must not work as intended or must be damaged. If you believe that your product is faulty or defective, please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange or return it.
How do I return a defective or faulty product?
If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply return the item by sending us an email: hello@kickswrap.sg
Where is my refund for the returned item/s?
Once we've received your items at our head office in Chiba, Japan, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within five business days. We'll send you an email to let you know we've issued the refund — it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.
Your refund includes the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item or an item different from what you originally ordered.
If you paid for your order with Cash on Delivery, we'll issue your refund as a bank transfer. Once you send us a return request via email, you'll receive an email asking for confirmation of your account information.
